• Service includes Bi-monthly inspection of property.
• We will walk through all interior rooms looking for anything that is not as it should be including and water leakage from exterior or above units or roof.
• Replace all standard light bulbs at no cost as we walk through.
• In bathrooms we will flush all toilets, run sinks, shower and tub checking for proper flow and drainage while checking for hot water.
• We will look in vanities and visibly check for any leaks as well as check GFI’s.
• In the kitchen we will turn on disposer, dishwasher as well as check refrigerator, ice maker and range for proper operation as well as check GFI’s.
• If there are any dead bugs we will dispose of them as well as check for live ones.
• We will check spoke detectors and replace batteries at no cost in locations that can be reached without a ladder.

For Homes we will also do an exterior inspection which includes a general walk around checking for missing shingles, any storm damage, visual pool inspection and check on items like gates are secured as well as boats and furniture are in place as they should be.

• General Cleaning and dusting of all surfaces including areas other companies miss like the tops of refrigerators, baseboards and ceiling fans.
• All accessible windows will be washed on interior and exterior.
• All trash that has been left behind will be bagged and placed in exterior trash containers.
• Dishes will be moved from dishwasher and placed into cabinets.
• All hard kitchen surfaces will be wiped with a disinfectant cleaner.
• Ice bin from refrigerator will be emptied and ice maker turned to the off position and refrigerator set onto economy mode.
• The interior of microwave and oven will be wiped clean as well as smooth surface ranges cleaned with a non-damaging cleaner and applicator.
• Disposer will be cleaned with ice and freshener as well as dishwasher.
• Hard surface floors will be damp mopped or polished with appropriate cleaning solution and applicator.
• Carpets will be vacuumed thoroughly with high volume commercial vacuums.  Bathrooms will have all hard surfaces cleaned with disinfectant.

VRS provides top-not Linen Services to Hilton Head area rentals, condos, and villas on the island including services including:

• Launding all bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, and kitchen towels. 
• Laundering will be performed at the Villa or Home. 
• All laundering will be provided with hypo allergenic detergent on machines hot setting.
• After cleaning all beds will be remade after hot iron pressing all pillow cases.
• Additional linens and towels will be placed in storage or linen closet.
• Towel will be folded and placed in bedrooms and bathrooms.
• All linens will be inventoried.
• All linens will be inventoried. Any shortages will be reported to owner.
• Standard white towels and linens will be restocked at time of inventory at an additional cost unless owner instructs VacationReadyServices.com otherwise.
